The Compound Level is a new generation intelligent digital level invented by Senbior, which represents the newest progress of modern leveling technology. This fast, intelligent, and precise leveling system solves the long-standing problem in the traditional surveying profession where leveling is usually slow, inefficient, less reliability, and labor intensive. The development of Compound Level will help the international surveying community benefit from the latest advancement of the intelligent leveling technology.

复合水准仪采用“合四为一”的一体化结构设计理念,实现了数字水准仪、水准标尺、脚架及尺垫的整体集成。其测量特征是:两点配置、两仪同步对向观测、数字化i角实时改正和仅需两人操作。作为新技术产品,复合水准仪的水准测量作业依据、作业方法和操作步骤执行中国团体标准《对向观测复合水准仪测量规程》(T/CSGPC 003-2022)。复合水准仪属于智能化水准仪,已按测量等级内置了现行国家标准的限差指标和团标T/CSGPC 003-2022中的作业方法和操作步骤,实现了高差数据的自动获取、传输、存储、计算检核和成果实时输出;实现了仪器参数的实时检测、观测次数及测站距离的智能化控制和语音/文字指令下的智能化操作。

The Compound Level (CL) adopts the integrated structure design concept of “four in one”, which realizes the overall integration of digital level, leveling staff, staff plate, and tripod. Its main features include: two-point configuration, synchronous opposite observation of two instruments, digital real-time correction for angle i, and operation by only two people. The operation procedure and method of the compound level have been set out in the Chinese group standards “Surveying Regulation of Opposite Observation Compound Level” (T/CSGPC 003-2022). The CL is an intelligent level, which has built-in the tolerance index following the Current National Standard and the operation procedures and methods in the group standard T/CSGPC 003-2022 for each order of leveling surveying. The CL realizes the automatic acquisition, transmission, storage, calculation, and verification of elevation difference data; real-time output of results; real-time detection of instrument parameters; intelligent control of the number of observations and station distance, and intelligent operation under voice/text instructions.

实验及实践表明:与传统水准测量装置对比,复合水准仪可使水准测量的速度、精度和可靠性提高1-2倍,经济效益提高3-5倍。

Experiments and practice show that the CL can improve the speed, accuracy, and reliability of leveling up to times and the economic benefit up to 5 times, compared with the traditional leveling instrument.

  8. 采用电子目镜视窗观测技术,方便了测量员的照准和调焦;
  9. 采用非接触感应式触发测量技术,保证了仪器整平后测量的稳定性;
  10. 设有语音/文字指令式提示功能,指导测量员的快速精准操作;
  11. 采用i角实时检测及修测技术,保证了高差测量的精度和效率;
  12. 采用电子尺垫实时监测尺垫的位移,可避免因尺垫位移未发现造成的测量超限及返测;
  13. 采用移动脚轮可使测量员省时省力地进行快速搬站;
  14. 采用手机应用程序可现场实时处理测量数据及成果输出;
  15. 采用“合四为一”的一体化结构,实现了水准仪、测量标尺、脚架及尺垫的整体集成;
  16. 采用折叠式结构设计,方便复合水准仪的携带和操作,无需配置专业的超长运输工具。
  1. Two-point configuration of the compound level makes the setting of observation points more flexible and only two people are needed to operate the compound level.
  2. Digital real-time correction of the reading of angle i. Strict equidistant between stations is no longer necessary.
  3. The influence of earth curvature and atmospheric refraction on height difference is automatically eliminated by using the opposite observation method of double instruments.
  4. Three kinds of error control (single instrument error control, double instrument height difference error control, and double instrument elevation error control) are carried out to ensure the accuracy and reliability of leveling.
  5. Intelligent operating system has been developed to realize automatic data acquisition, transmission, recording, inspection, and processing, and real-time monitoring of the instrument status.
  6. Setting of middle points (i.e. setting points of level) and complex observation sequence of traditional leveling are no longer needed. Delay error and settlement error are avoided.
  7. Double instrument observation system is adopted to realize one-way double-route leveling. Back leveling is no longer necessary.
  8. Electronic eyepiece window observation technology is applied to facilitate the aiming and focusing operation of the surveyor.
  9. Contactless induction trigger technology is used to ensure the stability of the measurements after the instrument is leveled.
  10. Voice/text instruction prompt function is used to guide the surveyor for rapid and accurate operation of the instrument.
  11. Newly invented real-time detection and correction technology for angle i ensures the accuracy and efficiency of height difference measurement.
  12. Newly invented electronic staff plate monitors displacement of the staff plate in real time, avoiding large misclosures and re-leveling due to the displacement of the staff plate.
  13. Mobile casters are used enabling the surveyor to move the station quickly and save time and labor.
  14. Mobile app is developed to process the measurement data and output the results in real time on site.
  15. The integrated “four-in-one” structure realizes the overall integration of level, leveling staff, tripod, and staff plate.
  16. The folding structure design facilitates easy carrying and operation of the compound level without the need for long-size transportation tools.

复合水准仪使用标准 Operating standards for CL

复合水准仪的水准测量作业依据、作业方法和操作步骤执行中国团体标准《对向观测复合水准仪测量规程》(T/CSGPC 003-2022)(注:该标准是在现行国家标准《国家一、二等水准测量规范》(GB/T 12897-2006)、《国家三、四等水准测量规范》(GB/T 12898-2009)及《工程测量标准》(GB 50026-2020)基础上补充制定而成,该标准已于2022年3月28日由爱游戏信誉好学会发布实施)。

The operation procedure and method of the compound level have been set out in the Chinese group standards “Surveying Regulation of Opposite Observation Compound Level” (T/CSGPC 003-2022).This standard was issued and implemented by Chinese Society for Geodesy Photogrammetry and Cartography on March 28, 2022. It was formulated on the basis of current Chinese National Standards “Specifications for the First and Second Order Leveling” (GB/T 12897-2006), “Specifications for the Third and Fourth Order Leveling” (GB/T 12898-2009), and “Standard for Engineering Surveying” (GB 50026-2020).
